produces a rich sound that is both authentic & unique. Over his 40-year career Little has played extensively, including with Rose
Maddox & the Vern Williams Band, both milestones in west coast country music. Keith has also been an important member of many
national touring bands (Country Gentlemen, Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder, Lonesome Standard Time), & has performed on the
Grammy award-winning recordings The Grass Is Blue & Little Sparrow by Dolly Parton, & Another Country by the Chieftains. An

World was released in 1998, soaring on the bluegrass charts & establishing King as an up & coming star on the bluegrass circuit.
Rounder Records took an interest in King & assembled a band of bluegrass all-stars to back him up on These Old Pictures (1994)
& Lonesome & Then Some (1995). Shortly after, The James King Band was formed, followed by extensive touring & recognition as
Emerging Artist of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) in 1997. The James King Band’s debut Bed by the
Window (1998) was nominated for IBMA’s 1999 Song of the Year Award. In addition to his own band, King is also a member of the
