‘Moving, Speaking, Watching’, Los Angeles Central Library, June 10

Wendy Perron, Simone Forti and Victoria Marks each are known as dancers and writers, activities considered to originate from opposite sides of the brain, but they will be discussing the bridges between the two. Perron, former editor of Dance Magazine will read from her upcoming book. Forti, a post-modern dance pioneer will perform one of the News Animations that established her reputation. Marks, known throughout the L.A. dance community as a teacher, choreographer and performer will contribute a work-in-progress.
