Hoosier Radio Hour: A 1940′s Christmas, Indiana State Museum, December 7

Date: December 7, 2013Indiana State Museum

Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Join the Indiana State Museum Legacy Theater Troupe as they celebrate the holidays with “Hoosier Radio Hour: A 1940’s Christmas”.

This delightful live theater piece finds the staff of WISM, Indiana’s smallest radio station, struggling to bring holiday cheer to the airwaves while they face the specter of war, shrinking budgets, and a staff depleted by wartime shortages.

Audience members are invited to join the fun onstage as members of the sound effects staff. Original skits and familiar carols are part of this heart-warming production, suitable for Hoosiers of all ages.
